Johnny has been practicing law for over a decade and has been in Austin since 1992. He started closing SBA 504 loans in 2004 and has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions since then. His experience ranges from the unique SBA 7(a) and 504 programs to more conventional loan transactions. We’re on the pulse of modern technology and have monitored its evolution to inform our own legal approaches—all to give you an exceptional experience that will bring you back for your next project.

Our firm's focus over the past 14 years began in real estate transactional law. Representing commercial lenders and SBA development companies, Johnny has a depth of experience in commercial lending transactions. Through that practice Johnny began working directly with small business owners - from general business advice to entity formation to contract review and negotiation.
